Returns and replacement

Every pankha is covered by a 7-day replacement on manufacturing defects or damage in transit. Record an unboxing video, write to us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a pickup and a replacement. Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method and COD refunds are sent by UPI or bank transfer.
