Shipping and COD

We ship all over India. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours and usually reach you in 3 to 7 days. Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes and a small COD handling fee may apply at checkout.

Returns and replacement

Every pankha is covered by a 7-day replacement on manufacturing defects or damage in transit. Record an unboxing video, write to us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a pickup and a replacement. Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method and COD refunds are sent by UPI or bank transfer.
